I love food. If you follow me on Instagram at all you’ll know just how much and the recipes on the blog here are some of my favourites.
More than loving food though, I love preparing food for those I love. I put my love into my fingers and think of them as I whip, chop and stir. I think that comes through in the taste. I hope it does anyway.
I’m preparing dinner as I type. In peeling this egg a really vivid memory of shared breakfasts in Paris with my Mr came flooding back. I smiled. Put on the soundtrack to Amelie and I’ll continue chopping shortly.
It’s not just an egg. It’s so much more.
